| | WIPS primary focus is in the Northern Mississippi River Region, between LaCrosse (Wisconsin) and Dubuque (Iowa) as well as from Madison (Wisconsin) to Waterloo (Iowa). Our office is near the river in Prairie du Chien, WI. Most of our cases are in the upper Mississippi River "Driftless Area", but we'll travel farther for the right case.
This area is filled with critical history to our country. The French & Indian war raged on along these shores and prisoners were stored here as they were transported up and down the river. A key fort was built here as well as prison and dungeon. There are also many Indian burial sites in the area.
In addition to all of the events in the area, the Mississippi River is approximately a mile across at this point, as it slowly flows between grand lush bluffs on both sides. Water, as you know, is a major energy source, and not just for creating electricity. Water is known to help stimulate paranormal activity.
We believe that this is an excellent location to start our research and are looking forward to sharing our evidence with you.
